Fall asleep at 10pm, wake up for an hour, fall back to sleep, up for another hour, back to sleep and finally up for good at 5 am and it shows continuous sleep with about 89-92 sleep score. It keeps time, has a timer, BP is off, o2 is off, HB seems to be accurate. For $44 on sale, it is ok for time and HB. The rest is blaaa. 44 dollar watch that’s it.

I’ve been skeptical about the blood pressure readings due to other so called smart watches being way higher than normal , just to go to the doctor and find out that my blood pressure is actually very good. This watch is giving back more accurate blood pressure readings which I think is awesome. The watch also looks great!

What a deal, nice features and durability for the money
Paired with app and Samsung S24 phone flawlessly, needed to manually start app to synch times when changing time zones, but worked every time. Step and heart rate features work well. Blood pressure feature is probably bogus…I’ve never had such low and consistent BPs as this claimed….but even phone call function worked flawlessly. Scratch protection film is IMPOSSIBLE to install without bubbles, which detracts from the watch’s appearance, BUT it does protect the watch as intended. Watch proved to be water resistant down to at least 8 ft for free dives. Biggest plus is battery life. Holy cow, the batteries seem to last forever with moderate use….I mean like 2 weeks+ when I shut the watch down during sleep.I bought this for a trip because I didn’t want to take (and possibly lose) my Samsug Watch 6pro, and honestly, I didn’t miss my Samsung.
