If you are sensitive to B12
Great product immediately felt better. Unfortunately I can’t take it because it has too much B12 – I had side effects. You can’t return vitamins either. As a work around I will be ordering the other 10x vitamins to piecemeal a multivitamin together. 4 stars only due to the high amount of B12 which a lot of people who buy 10x products are sensitive too.

I’ve done my research over the years, and in terms of ingredients nothing tops the quality of the ingredients.It even has stuff that no other multivitamin that I know provides you, like NAC, Boron and Magnesium.I also would like to mention that they’ve put Folate as 5-MTHF on this, and as someone with MTHFR gene mutation I really appreciate that. (I’m unable to process folic acid)So yes, it’s a bit more pricey than others, but you might even save some money by not having to buy other supplements like Zinc, b6 or magnesium.Thank you 10x.
