A great, gentle formula option!
We’ve been using this formula exclusively for almost 8 months now and love it! It does cause dark green poops, but that’s due to the added iron. Getting it to fully mix into the water can be a bit of a pain, just be sure that your water is warm, it makes it a little easier! I would also highly recommend making it in big batches if you’re able, it can be pretty foamy when you shake it so having a large amount ready to go in the fridge works great!

No problems with digestion
The only formula we tried for our baby. When she was a newborn it did make her farts really really stinky, but she was never colicky. She seems to tolerate it well. It does get clumpy and does foam up a lot with shaking but I am not sure if it’s a common problem with all formulas (this is the only we’ve tried). Overall happy with it since she does not have any digestion problems.

Terrible customer service
I purchased this product on mar 5 and received it on mar7- one of the cans was punctured and powder was spilling out. All of the information on the website says that the item is not returnable or refundable and to contact the manufacturer. There was no way to get a refund on the Amazon website. I ncontacted similac and they gave me a telephone number to call Amazon back. While on the phone with similac I looked at the cans further and noticed they were all EXPIRED ON MAR 1!!! I called back Amazon and they did finally refund me the cost however there was nothing for wasting my time. This took me over 2 hours of extra time and all I got was a sorry not to mention that this was food for my newborn. This was the worst experience with Amazon I ever had. I read the other reviews after this experience and noticed that these issues have happened several times before. Lesson learned – always read the reviews and SHAME ON AMAZON for clearly not addressing recurrent problems with this product that is so important for the heath of newborns!!!
