In addition, located on top of the unit are knobs to adjust the strength and frequency. These are solid parts of the machine and add convenience.During active use of the machine the knobs are easier to use than the touch screen. When in communication with the client they allow me to get the ideal depth and frequency for the best results. It is a very functional feature that I have not seen on other machines and I use it continually. I truly believe it allows for a better treatment.The machine comes with a travel case. High quality machine and good customer service
I bought this to treat chronic back pain. I am very happy with my purchase so far. The machine is made of high quality materials, very well designed, easy to use, and performs similarly to the device used at my doctor’s office, where each session costs almost $200. Most importantly of all, the seller has really impressed me so far. When I’ve had questions about the device, I received prompt and clearly communicated responses from their post-sale service desk, including from an engineer who had actually helped design the device. I feel confident that if I have any issues with the device in the future, they will be able to support.////////////////////Update 05/18/2024I have now had this machine for over a year for personal use to treat back pain. I use it on a weekly basis and sometimes more often than that, and it’s been an important tool to help manage my symptoms. The machine has proven exceptionally durable. I try to be gentle with the equipment, and everything remains in great shape, which I think speaks to the quality of the materials and assembly. The one time I had a minor issue with one of the components (one of the metal applicator heads broke, within the warranty window), the company immediately sent out a replacement.The customer service has been nothing short of fantastic. Every time I have reached out, they have responded promptly and professionally. Jeff, the main customer service person I have communicated with in the after sales service department, is not only very helpful but also clearly understands the nuts and bolts of the machine from an engineering perspective. If you are in the market for a shockwave device this is a great choice.

Excellent Value Proposition
This unit is a beast! One of the most well-built products I have used in a while. Tremendous value. Feels the same as the machine I was getting treatment at PT clinic and it costs thousands of dollars less and I can use it at home on my own. I had a few questions about use and the company was very quick to respond. Very pleased with their customer service! I looked a lot of machines, and I felt this one offered the best build quality, features, and power for under $2K of anything else I could find. You can’t go wrong with this model or any other from Pervita. Most of the SW machines that sell for less than $1K aren’t powerful enough to actually stimulate tendons, so don’t waste your money. Spend a little more on something that actually works and that will last for years.

Shockingly good!
I, like my colleagues looking for advanced technology that doesn’t cost a fortune find the Pervita machine to offer us reasonable results. As a chiropractic physician ultimately I want to provide my patients with the best care possible. That said, most ESWT machines run $50,000 to $60,000. Maybe in a very busy multiple practitioner practice that kind of purchase could seem within reach. I have a solo practice and have been in practice for 40 years or so. So, at under $2000 I thought I might give the Pervita a chance. So far, I have only used it on myself. I must say that I’m quite impressed with my results. I have a case of shoulder bursitis. My pain stopped after just one use of this machine. It will be moving to my office for use on patients with the new year.
