The quality of this kit is as disappointing as my last relationship! It’s packed with everything from band-aids to patch up wounds to scissors that remind me of all the sharp words exchanged. Just like my ex, it’s not particularly useful. I will say, though, it is definitely small.

So I’m extra, I added meds to it like Pepto tablets, aleve, DayQuil, NyQuil Sudafed, also Neosporin. If it came with those medicines you would be paying more so don’t say well it doesn’t have everything if you went and bought all of that. Go in your medicine closet get some zip lock bags or get the little packets of medicine that has a dosage in each packet. It will fit nicely in this bag without it bulging. I’m just an over packer and have to be prepared for anything. It comes with Iodine!!! I can’t tell you when the last time I used iodine. I have a son who’s a tween and we’re going to the Poconos for spring break along with my bestie and her younger, hyper son. This kit will heal all four of us if need be. Plus it comes with more than enough band aids. That’s real important to me. My son still likes putting band aids on fake sores.
