Not being one to reinvent the wheel, I tried the Cookies and Cream Muscle Milk on the recommendation of my son although I did do my own research prior to embarking on this nutritional journey. As I had returned to the gym one year ago with a regular and vigorous workout schedule and regimen, I struggled to get adequate protein in my diet. This product allows me to get 32 grams of protein (equivalent to 5 eggs, 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, 2 cups black beans); I dissolve it in 12 oz of cold water in a shaker bottle. Fearing the worst as pertaining to taste and texture, I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it for the first time. Aside from the cookie crumbs in the product, the entire powder dissolved completely. The flavor was pleasantly sweet though not overly so, the texture was not gritty or chalky, and no lingering aftertaste remained. One of the best things about Muscle Milk is that it has been tested for over 270 banned substances which offers an added element of confidence and security in the product. I have been using this product for workout recovery and protein supplementation for about one year. Along with other dietary changes and a continued workout schedule my strength, stamina, and definitely muscle mass have improved. I went from being unable to do one sit-up to doing regular strength training and high intensity interval training workout classes at the age go 72. Super good! (Strawberry)
This stuff is actually pretty good! I was worried it would be nasty like chalk or grit but it broke down easy also the scoop I think is already set up to count at 1 scoops since it’s much bigger than the two little scoops on the diagram. I tested it with my shaker shot protein cup and half the scoop was only one scoop 🙂 made me gassy at first but not uncomfortable which is also a plus. The flavor I got was strawberry and it was neat that there is tiny scraps of dry berry in the mix. Tastes like strawberry milk (slightly thin and watery version of it but still very nice!)

Cheap and GOOD
Got this for my 16 year old son who is basically skin & bones. This has helped him bulk up a little with workouts and playing basketball. Oh and he loves the taste, mixes well with milk or water! This is my 2nd bottle

Tried the vanilla flavour and it was so tasty that I could drink it on its own just with water. The powder mixes well with water and there were no clumps. Worth the purchase especially during prime day sales

This is a decent value protein shake.I bought the chocolate flavour and it tastes like cake mix. I like it but my girlfriend had a sip and wasn’t so keen.I have not tried the other flavours so cannot comment on those.I have the shake with water in the morning as soon as I get up and also straight after the gym session at night with a teaspoon of creatine added.It does not contain lactose which is a good thing as I am lactose intolerant. I have had no stomach issues since taking this twice daily for the last 2 weeks.As mentioned by someone else, it does contain 300 kcal per serving (2 scoops) which may be too much for people trying to loose weight. I am trying to bulk up my muscle so this is an easy way to get an extra 600 kcal per day plus a stack of protein and vitamins.The 2240g tub should last 1 month when having 2 shakes per day.
