If I could give 10 stars I would ⭐️
For years I thought I was doomed to yellow teeth as a coffee and wine drinker. I ruined my enamel in my early twenties with whitestrips from the large manufacturer that starts with a C and rhymes with rest. Any whitening products I tried since made my teeth so sensitive I couldn’t continue to try to whiten. I follow a beauty thread where different users had mentioned oil pulling but it seemed weird to try to do it with just straight coconut oil. Then another user posted this and I figured why not give it a try. These photos are taken a week and a half apart!!! I have been using it for the recommended time, while I complete my skin care routine. I did miss a couple sessions and noticed them slightly start to lose their whiteness a bit so it seems twice a day is key. I started to notice results the first three days and by a week I was impressed. Here I am at a week and a half and it’s still getting better. I can’t wait to see what my teeth look like in a month! I’ve had absolutely no sensitivity because it works from a different mechanism than traditional whitening products. I’m so much more confident in my smile now and seriously just blown away with how well this works. I can’t believe I suffered through years of yellow teeth when the solution was so simple. Great pre-brush rinse, fast results for cleaning/whitening
Amazing supplement to traditional oral hygiene practices. At first, I was skeptical as to how swishing coconut oil/essential oils would benefit me in regards to cleaning teeth and teeth whitening. Upon the first use, swishing for 2 minutes, I was able to dislodge stubborn plaque along my teeth/gum line that regular brushing and mouthwash wasn’t getting. I imagine the results will continue as I work up to swishing for 10 minutes. The taste is also pleasant. This is easily the best pre-brush rinse there is. If you’re using this in addition to current best practices (flossing, brushing, anti-cavity mouthwash) this will be a nice way to elevate even further. This will definitely become part of ny oral hygiene routine. The added tooth brush and tongue scraper are great. Phenomenal product.

Great Idea, But My Jaw’s Tired Before I Finish
As someone who’s all about essential oils and natural remedies, I was pumped to try Guru Nanda Oil Pulling Rinse. I’ve heard all the buzz about oil pulling, and I was ready to see if it could live up to the hype.What I Liked:Fresh Mouth Vibes: After using it, my mouth feels so fresh, like I’ve just had a professional teeth cleaning. Seriously, I’m tempted to tell people I just got a dental appointment. The breath-freshening effect lasts too, so no complaints there.Natural Goodness: I love the use of essential oils here. It feels much better than using those harsh, chemical-filled mouthwashes that make your mouth feel like a science experiment.What Could Be Better:Thick as Cough Syrup: This rinse is thick. I mean thick. I’m talking “you could almost pour it on pancakes” thick. Amazing!! Wisdom tooth pain gone!
Just got this 2 days ago to try to introduce more natural washes to my oral health. Didn’t get it for the whitening but I’m sure I’ll see the results, it really helped with my wisdom tooth growth pain. I almost forget it’s even a thing happening. So glad I bought this product I’ll definitely keep buying it to see the results over time. I bought the mouth rinse aswell and doesn’t make your teeth sensitive!
