Great value for the item. The sound is great, the charge lasts a long time, easy to connect to my phone, it is very lightweight and seems pretty durable because I wear them when I go running and I’ve never had any issues. Easy to connect to my phone and the fit is great

An update to my first review of 2 stars -After posting my review, the seller contacted me to learn more about the problem and possible remedies for the problem. No luck on the potential fixes, so they offered to send me a new set with a new/improved chip for better audio and bluetooth connectivity. Got the new set in 2 days and I have been using them for a few days now. Audio is good to very good. Bluetooth connectivity is rock solid. So I am updating my rating to 5 stars for overall quality, plus customer service!******************************************Original RatingHere’s what I like – 1. they stay in my ears and are comfortable. 2. the charge lasts a long time. 3. Easily paired with my phone.Here’s what I don’t like – 1. Music-wise – The sound is just OK. Bass is a bit weak but overall is ok. 2. When using them for phone calls – the audio is a little muffled. When making a call today, the connection got a little flaky. The audio kept dropping out like I was out of range of the earphones, but I was just sitting there at my desk with my phone right in front of me. Switching the call to the phone’s speaker/mic greatly improved the sound quality.So, I will use them for running/biking but not when I need high quality audio.

Mediocre quality-excellent customer service.
Reasonable sound. Fit me well and useful on longer runs. I’m having no trouble getting good battery life (6 hours) from them. I use them for longer runs (1-2 hours) and am happy with comfort and fit.My volume up button stopped working about about 2 months. Customer service immediately shipped out a replacement.Conclusion? Good, affordable option. Questionable quality, but backed by good customer service.

Sound is good enough that I don’t hear my wife growling when she is sleeping
I use these every night so that I can listen to audiobooks or podcasts when I’m sleeping. For the price they are really good, they have decent sound and they have a good charge. These typically last me for 12-15 months of use. Again they get used every night and when I do yard work. They are fairly comfortable and easy to connect. They stay on my ears all night as I toss and turn as I try to escape my wife from putting her knee in my back. The sound quality is good enough that I can’t hear my wife snoring and growling all night. She scares me.

Great headphones!
I love these headphones. I originally got them for running and like the band so I can loop them around my neck when not listening. They fit snugly in my ears and the loop holds them in. Sound is clear and they connect flawlessly to Bluetooth. I’ve now had them over 2 years and they still work perfectly and I use them often for work meetings. Highly recommend!

Music can be played on the cheapest speakers; speech needs clarity and these work well. These soft rubber gaskets held the earpiece without abrasion. I like them

I got these headphones in Nov ’24, not expecting much. I’ve used this same brand before, as well as other brands. I’ve come to expect this type of Bluetooth headphone to work for about a year, and less in some of my experiences. After 8 months, my last set (same brand) would suddendly disconnect from my phone with a full charge. Before that, there was a charge connection problem. But I wouldn’t spend Apple Money on a pair of headphones and expect then to last significantly longer. They sound ok to me listening to podcasts and music and using the phone. I can report that my wife always had difficulty hearing me when we talked…I can’t be sure the problem wasn’t in her phone… Updates to follow…perhapsUpdate…I use these headphones everyday for phone and podcast listening. I’ve heard from some people that it’s hard to hear me talking. Starting in the last 2 weeks, the volume control for headphones will only decrease volume. It will not increase volume. You can turn volume down while listening, but you cannot turn volume back up. I have to use phone or device volume control to turn volume up.It’s annoying, but usable

Pretty good for the price
I wish they formed a better seal in your ear and or that the controls were a smidge better but they are inexpensive and that’s the main point here. They seem to hold a charge long enough for my long bike rides and I like having the cord in case an ear comes out or I need to pull one out briefly. They are comfortable on the ears and pairing was straight forward. Would I buy them for something other than use for during exercise or for taking places where I don’t want to worry about losing better headphones ?? No. But for exercise they are great, for kids they’d probably be great, and when you don’t want to worry about something falling out or off or getting lost etc. they do the job well.If you want better sound, isolation, or controls expect to pay more for it.These have a specific function and they do it very well. Exercise and similar scenarios where they will take a beating and you don’t want to risk an uncorded ear piece from falling out and getting lost.I have expensive corded over-ear headphones for during the workday at the office, expensive corded in-ears for audio hobby at home, a good pair of over-ears for home office and gaming, air pods pro for general use and especially for commuting.These fit the “beater tank no fear” slot nicely. I don’t want to put a ton of money into the ones for exercise because I’ve spent enough money on other headphones LOL.

The built quality is very poor and substandard. I requested for a refund which was approved, however the seller expects the item to be delivered back to their warehouse which is 30 kms away and the cost to courier it is as much as the product cost. Amazon did not pick it back as they usually do.
