So being a fan of Smarty Pant’s Vitamin’s for years now, and loving their Probiotic gummies, I was excited when they launched their new Mineral Gummy. Being that I have the beginning of Osteopenia, having a calcium and magnesium supplement was crucial for my health. LOVE!!! Yes, the taste takes a bit to get used to, but hell, you are eating minerals. I actually love the taste now and really look forward to my evening dosage. For me, the side effect was I found myself falling asleep watching television. Hmm, was it the magnesium making me sleepy?? I was not sure until I ran out for 4 days and noticed the luxury of dosing off subsided. Once my delivery came, and I began to relax again, I knew it must be these little gems!!! These stopped my kids growing pains at night
My kids like these, they’re a bit chewy (think, starburst). But the kids like the flavor and eat them like candy. And when I stay on top of these, they don’t have growing pains in their legs at night.

I have terrible leg cramps at night and the combination of minerals – especially magnesium make those painful leg cramps go away! My sister-in-law has a PhD in chemistry and I saw her using them so I tried them and they are my daily go-to. I also LOVE the Smarty Pants company! I had a rare slight issue on my last order & needed a replacement. I got nowhere after contacting BIG A multiple times. I was completely out of the product and in pain! I was giving my child the vitamin, and she started crying and gagging, I do not recommend this for children or picky eaters, it taste like chalk and too sweet

Hard to eat every day – too sweet and too sticky – it takes a long time to break down, so it’s a lot of chewing and a long time in the mouth with that super sweet taste :/
