Well made at a good price
First this is a well made stainless steel water fountain. The directions were well written and easy to follow. Only one question there. It contained two little sponges. I was not sure whether to use them both at once or save one for later. I saved one for later. I previously had a plastic water fountain so I believe the stainless steel one is safer for long term use. It is going to be easier to keep clean. No little crevices on the spout to try and squeeze into to clean. It is quiet and has a nice strong flow. My cats took a while to warm up to the fountain, around 24 hours. You know how cats hate change. As you can see from the pictures the girls are enjoying it now. Well made, quiet, easy to clean, safer than plastic, and offered at a good price. Thank you.

Wow
This works well,was easy to clean and put together. It is silent, I can’t hear it at all. It is cool. My little dogs just walk past it right now. I want to say the cord is 6 feet . That was something I couldn’t find anywhere in the description. This is great and a great price. I love it. I’m hoping it makes my dogs drink more water. I got stainless steel one because it stays cooler.

Best fountain yet!
I’ve had 4 fountains now and this one is by far the best quality. It comes with extra filters and a mat for the fountain. The edges of the metal are smoother and won’t cut you like the others will. All the parts are stainless steel for east cleaning the size is larger than other fountains but not too big. It’s quiet when running and my cats love it. The water level shows on the side of the tank and you can turn the blue light on or off to see the level which is super convenient. My cats live their new water fountain.

Nicely built but a little noisy
This is a nice fountain. Easy to assemble and clean, cats took to it instantly, and I love that it’s possible to switch off the light. I keep this one in my bedroom but I’m probably going to have to swap it out with another fountain because it’s a bit noisy. Not motor noise; just splashy noises.

Great seller
The cat really liked it. It’s quiet and easy to clean but I got it about two months ago and the pump was struggling to move the water. Since I clean it regularly it’s the mechanism. The seller was very responsive and remediated the issue, I got a new one and the cat barely noticed the switch!

People and cats thrilled with the upgrade
I prefer a fountain to a bowl of water for my cats, and we’ve had many different styles over the years. This combines all my favorite features, and added some new ones. When we moved and lost track of our present one, we ordered this in case it took a while to find it. I’m glad I did. It’s an upgrade!I really like the flower shape on the top, and my cats seem to prefer this kind of gentle flow to drink from. Our older stainless steel one has a pool with a bubbler in the middle, because moving water attracts them. But we can’t tell what the water level is. This one has a gauge on the side. It’s easier to keep it filled and fresh.Once it got settled in , it was SILENT except for the splashing water. Which is the Zen side of cat fountains for the people in the house. I placed it near the cat grass planter. Now it’s always happy hour at their oasis.It should only be place where it gets indirect light, not sunlight, which encourages growth of things we don’t want, like algae and bacteria. We fill from filter pitchers because it’s hard water. This will also extend the life of the fountain’s pump.WARNING: never run it dry. It starts as soon as you plug it in. I filled it halfway, assembled and put the top on, and then plugged it in. The remote on the side is for the blue LED light that lets us see the level, and can be easily turned off at night.Running water draws cats to sinks and bathtubs. It matches their instincts. So having an easy care fountain, with what looks a really good filter system, means this is the best one yet. Our old one still works, and will be set up in the living room, once our move is complete.Cats like to be with us. Having water handy works for everyone’s enjoyment, and togetherness.

Works very good!
My cats absolutely love it. I switched to a stainless steel because I noticed the one I had before would grow mold and algae fast and I would clean it 3 times a month. The plastic fountain did take my cats a second to drink from. I even had one on strike for two days and she would hit over my water cups lol. So even if your cat is not interested to it I recommend keeping it, just give them time to get used to it. Like I said my cats love it. And they let me know very loudly when the water is out lol. But with this fountain my cats had no problem drinking from it. I like that it’s larger than the one I had before. It was very easy to assemble. Just followed the little directions it came with. The fountain itself came with no damages and the steel is really nice. I think the price was reasonable considering it came with an extra filter and sponge along with a mat to put underneath.

Great product- unfortunately cat didn’t like it
I really liked this product, and I was hoping my cat would like it too! It was easy to set up, came with refills for the filters, and super easy to clean. I also thought it looked really nice. Unfortunately it scared my cat due to the noise, which I wasn’t expecting as her foster said she liked having a cat water fountain before. I would definitely recommend this product, I opted for stainless steel because I know plastic with water can often cause yucky looking stains or build up. It didn’t hurt to try!

This one is much easier to clean than mg last one – I just put all the metal bits in the dishwasher. It’s also very quiet and I like that there’s a window so you can easily check the water level. It’s super important that my cats drink enough water and this definitely helps!

This water fountain was very easy to assemble, extremely quiet and looked great in the space for which it was intended.However, my 11 year old brat cat would not go near it!…he resorted to drinking from the toilets which he has never done.Return was surprisingly easy (idiot proof) great product and service!!

So far so good. Although I just got it yesterday, I really like it. It looks very nice, I had no trouble setting it up, and it’s working great. I had a water fountain for my cats before, and it didn’t hold enough water. Nor was it stainless steel. This is also much more affordable than the ones at the Pet stores.
