I can’t believe this is actually cod liver oil
I have been taking cod liver oil for many years off and on. I always start taking it for the health benefits and then have to stop because I just can’t bring myself to take the taste/smell anymore. I have tried the lemon flavor in the past and it wasnt horrible but the new flavors that came out within the last few years, fruit splash and bubblegum just WOW. They taste so good my kids actually asked me for more. Such a win! I love cod liver oil I think its such an amazing supplement Im glad there is a palatable way to take it now!

This is a very pleasant tasting Cod liver oil. My go to during the Winter season. It arrived in perfect condition and the cap was very tight. I have not experienced any aftertaste nor fishy burps. I feel this brand of Cod liver oil benefits my health and I’ll probably order another bottle to have enough oil until Spring.

I have used this for years. I’m weird because I like the taste, like fine sushi, sweet, oily, fishy. I have tried others, some lemon flavored because this was out of stock, but they are all inferior. I started using is years ago. I got me through the pandemic. I has solved many heath issues I had. Its the perfect general purpose elixir.

This is a relatively benign and tasty way to get your quota of fish oil supplement. The taste is as pleasant as it gets swallowing anything fishy and does not seem to leave an aftertaste. For me it’s way far better than having to struggle getting a huge pill down my throat, which more times than not, I can’t/don’t!Superior product and I highly recommend it.

It seems a bit odd to rate cod liver oil. We’ve been ordering this regularly, however, and while I can’t attest to any long-term health benefits yet, it does arrive promptly and in good shape.

No fishy burps!
Perfection! I started getting this brand after having bad fishy burp experiences with other stuff, mostly pills. I used to get the lemon flavored version, which was great until my last bottle went bad (though it was in the fridge), and started giving me the dreaded fish burps. The bottle was almost done, though. I got this unflavored version because they were sold out of the lemon flavor, but I now prefer this. It tastes like you’d expect, but zero fishy burps or any discomfort.

I started taking a tablespoon of cod liver oil daily because it was recommended for dry eyes. Also, it’s loaded with Omega 3, Vitamin A and D. I’ve noticed that my dry eyes are noticeably better since I started taking it. I usually have a gritty “foreign object” sensation in my right eye, which is incredibly annoying. I used moisture drops three times daily, and it still wasn’t helping. After taking this cod liver oil for about a week, that sensation is almost completely disappeared, and I’m not even using moisture drops anymore. Although it’s expensive, it’s worth it because of how much it has helped. I was worried about what it would taste like based on some other reviews, but it has a mild, pleasant taste and doesn’t taste fishy at all to me. In fact, it hardly has any taste except for a hint of lemon. Carlson Cod Liver Oil is an excellent, high-quality brand that I would heartily recommend.
