Stay away, fraudulent product
I bought this laptop with the 1TB hard drive option. It, of course, failed. Since it was under warranty I sent it in for repair only to find out anything not 512GB is “3rd party” and not covered. All attempts to contact the vendor were met with silence. It seems like fraud to me as I have now spent almost $800 on a $400 laptop. Save yourself a lot of headaches and buy anything other than Lenovo.

Power cable is different than expected and a little short..
The power adapter provided is NOT the round barrel plug as implied by the pictures of the ports.. its USB-C which means you can’t use the One USB-C port while charging… luckily you can get adapters to go to the regular USB ports. but it’s not stated anywhere what the charger will be. It is implied based on the ports provided though… You would think companies by now would be more precise about what you are getting, but I noticed this with several different computers when looking for one.The power cord is also kind of short, not a big deal but I will have to use an extra extension cord to plug it in where it will be regularly used…I can’t speak to the rest of the machine yet.

My wife wanted her own laptop that wasn’t owned by her work, and most likely being spied on. But I wasn’t happy with how much ram most laptops come with nowadays. 16gig is not enough for Windows 11, let alone windows + applications. So I went on the hunt for an affordable laptop that had more than 16gig, for my wife’s purposes I didn’t care about some of the bells and whistles laptops usually have. So this laptop fit the bill quite nicely.My only gripe with this laptop is it didn’t come with the barrel jack power adapter. Instead it uses the only USBC port for a USBC PD power supply.

This laptop is great for business, non-touchscreen, large screen. The screen isn’t the fanciest, if you need it for photos or videos editing. But for data, coding, learning/studying this a great device. This laptop is LARGE, so if compact is what you seek this big girl isn’t for you. Great device as I am diving into cloud computing as well as UCG
