Small size makes a subtle statement
I had my septum pierced 20+ years ago with a 14g needle. Since I’ve not worn any jewelry in my nose for a few years, I figured a 16g ring would feel more comfortable if I had to press through any regrown skin. Luckily, the ring went right through. The hardest part was getting the end piece screwed on once it was in my nose. It is one of the most awkward places to work with because of the angles of the nose and the size of the threaded pieces. This part took me no less than 40 minutes to do. The piece is so small that you are trying to connect and dropping it should not be considered an option. Needle meets haystack. But, once I braved through the installation, the ring looks amazing. It has little diamond sparkles on the end caps and it is just enough bling to make a subtle statement.
