Must have!
These literally saved my life once my milk came in. I was super uncomfortable and engorged and my daughter was a having a hard time latching because of this. As soon as I started using these, I felt instant relief. I love that you can use them hot or cold. I would definitely consider getting a second pair that can stay in the freezer as they do take awhile to get cold/frozen, but you can get away with one set if you plan accordingly. I’m about a 34C and they feel super comfortable to wear. I especially love the soft fabric. Worth every penny and will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Life saver!
These were a life saver during the first few weeks of nursing! I enjoyed them more for warmth than cold but I think that’s more of a personal preference. I do recommend having two if you can afford it that way you can have one in the freezer and one ready to heat.
