my favorite running shoe
I have run in Asics shoes for the last 40 years. The GT1000 is my favorite shoe and this version is great. The GT 1000 is an all-around shoe. Good for long distance training, short fast intervals and racing. They are considered an entry level shoe but has been great for this adult body man. I weigh 200 pounds, and they hold up to my dad bod weight. They are cushioned but have enough control that your ankle won’t be tired after your run.
