Help your body heal from anxiety & tension
This book was exactly what I needed. I have severe anxiety, my nervous system has been out of wack for the last few years & my physical pain has gotten worse over time from all of the stress & tension my body was holding onto. I couldn’t put this book down, every page was enlightening, it seemed to have been written just for me! I am feeling much better after following the advice in the book. So far from what I have read this very much aligns with Tantra and awareness of the body. Because we are are own medicine and being aware of our body and how we move can heal some damage. When you go through the simple routines, you end up feeling less tension and almost light. Somatic exercise is a good way to stay strong and limber and drown out the noise in your head. My me time was always quiet, but now incorporating movement with it takes everything to another level. It’s a great way to alleviate tension in your shoulders. I’m definitely a fan.
