Perfect School Water Bottle for My 6-Year-Old!
I got this Owala FreeSip for my 6-year-old to use at school, and it’s been a game-changer. The 24 oz size is just right holds enough water for the day without being too heavy for him to carry. He loves the straw option, which makes sipping easy, and I like that he can also swig from it when he’s super thirsty. It keeps water cold all day, even through lunch and recess in the heat. The denim color looks cool, and the bottle’s tough enough to handle a kindergartner’s drops and bangs. The locking lid is a lifesaver no spills in his backpack! Only downside is it takes a little extra effort to clean the straw, but a quick brush does the trick. Highly recommend for school kids!

I’m a busy retired guy and don’t have time to write reviews. Except for THIS one.I don’t get paid in any way for anything.i’ve used lots of other cups before – steel, plastic, thermos, etc. they’re all ‘okay’.This one is beyond GREAT and i just bought another one to replace older plastic cups.It’s beautiful to look at – it’s got a nice little indented ridge in front for your thumb to help with the grip. The overall shape is aesthetically pleasing and is shaped to fit the hand superbly.i didn’t think i’d use the straw feature (never had a built-in straw before), but it’s the best part of the cup – combined with the fact that there is a gulp-spout built-in right behind the straw-feature. the straw is designed to stay in place, (so you can always sip or gulp), and the straw is made of high quality ‘plastic’, is easily removable for washing and snaps right back into place.The heavy duty carrying loop snaps forward to lock the container down, or snaps back to be used as a sturdy handle.My cup holds some 20oz, and the top snaps open by a press of a very secure button. You won’t accidentally pop it open. Also, the top is very well (precision-machine) constructed, and features a replaceable gasket to keep the seal (hot or cold) in.Surprisingly, it keeps things cool – or hot* – for a very long time. I filled it with refrigerated water and it was still cool 4 hrs later, (probably much longer than that but i drank it all after that, so don’t know’).*(Manufacturer recommends NOT using for HOT liquids), but aside from the straw,i don’t see why not, but i’m not suggesting you should!)It fits my car’s cup holder just fine.I rate this a 5 of 5 for all the reasons above – it’s also extremely well built and not ‘cheap’ in any way. I hope you will love it as much as i do!

Best bottle I have owned
Best water bottle I have had. I really like the straw being inside the thermos. I can’t poke my eye out with this one. It takes no effort to take a sip. If I want to chug, i can just tilt it and bypass the straw function. Ice keeps very well in this thermos. Just as good as other popular brands like Stanley. If you want a long straw then this isn’t for you, but I hate the long straws so it works great for me. The open and close top is pretty much perfect. It pops open with ease with the push of a button. Easy to close to. It locks closed tightly and the carry handle also secures it when down. Does not leak at all when closed. Speaking of the carry handle, it is convenient, but I wish it were a little more ergonomic when carrying with my fingers. It isn’t horrible but it could be better. Overall, this is the best bottle that I have found. I have the large 40 ounce and the only problem that I have with it is it does not fit in a cup holder in my vehicles. I wish it did, honestly. That’s the only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5.

Vamos lá, primeiramente que eu AMEI a garrafa, estava super ansiosa pela chegada dela e não me arrependo em absolutamente NADA de ter comprado. Ela mantém a água gelada por MUITO tempo(se você for como eu q é curioso em saber quando tempo exatamente, um ótimo exemplo foi que eu coloquei água nela SEM GELO ás 16 da tarde e no dia seguinte ás 8 horas quando acordei ainda estava gelada como se tivesse acabado de sair do filtro d’água, lembrando que meu filtro tem agua gelada). O canudo dela é sensacional e super prático, mas também recomendo comprar uma daquelas escovinhas pra limpar.Além disso, ela é muito linda e grande. Eu comprei a de 945ml e tá perfeita pra mim, já que tem uma alça e o material externo da garrafa não é escorregadio ao toque.Agora falando dos pontos negativos, o único ponto negativo que eu tenho a mencionar aqui sobre essa garrafa é a entrega. Vi muitas pessoas reclamando sobre a demora da entrega e realmente aconteceu comigo também, o prazo pra envio é ENORME, acredito que seja por causa da quantidade de pessoas que compram essa garrafa, então demorou MUITO pra enviarem, aprox um mês. A entrega em si depois do envio foi de uma semana +/-, então acredito que seja mesmo uma coisa de estoque.O problema é que a garrafa deveria vir numa caixa de papelão, forrada por dentro e tudo mais. Mas na verdade ela veio dentro de um saquinho sem nada, só a garrafa, envelopado por um pacotinho com uma camada DUVIDOSA de papel bolha. Acredito inclusive que esse tenha sido o motivo do arranhão da foto(é pequeno, bem pequeno, e fica na parte de baixo, praticamente nem dá pra notar, principalmente depois que eu comprar aquele molde de silicone pra botar na garrafa).Enfim, o produto é perfeito, mas pecam bastante na forma como enviaram, e nem é pela demora, mas sim pelos danos causados aos produtos, visto que mais gente aqui teve o mesmo problema.
