Doesn’t seem to be for a true beginner
Tai chi was recommended to me. I couldn’t really get into it. This doesn’t seem to be for people who are just starting out.

Freezes every 2 minutes
I really think these would have been good videos but the just freeze every 2 minutes and won’t continue. Have to either shut off or skip back and forth and miss parts so its not possible to actually learn the whole exercise and movements. Will not be purchasing from this supplier again. Their shipping was fast and packed in bubble wrap, no damage to package and videos were in original packaging. I opened the plastic, took out the disc and put directly into DVD player so no chance of damage from me.
