Easy to follow by a real Tai Chi Master
I have been practicing Tai Chi now for over 10 years and know quite a few forms. I wanted to start learning from someone else to expand and improve my skills. I highly recommend learning from different Master Trainers. Helen Liang is a real Master Trainer. Her easy to follow style and excellent presentation of the forms has dramatically improved my skill and knowledge level. There is a huge difference in learning from someone that earned a title not based on skills or knowledge vice one that earned it over many years of practical use and practice. I have several of her videos and use them often to check myself. I really enjoy hearing about the martial arts application and the real Chinese names.

Great way to learn!
I have practiced Taichi a few years. I saw this form, and wanted to learn it. Sifu Liang does a great job. Showing front & side views, of how movements should look. And, you can watch her do step-by-step, from multiple angles. I already knew several of the postures, and movements, so in no time, I had the 16 movement form learned. I now practice it daily. Great for anyone. Or, like me, someone who has limited indoor practice area.

Terrific “16 Form” video
Terrific “16 form” tai chi video…Helen Liang does a wonderful job of showing and explaining this shortened version of the standard “24 Form” which is just what I was looking for…Highly recommended if you are looking for a simplified tai chi form that you can practice daily. Five stars! *****

Have tried to play the DVD for the first time, but it is totally unplayable. The screen is riddled with little crackling black squares all the way into the Tai Chi sessions.Unfortunately I have started using the DVD after the return window closed so am stuck with quite an expensive useless DVD…

When it said mirror view I thought it was her doing tai chi movements but that was not the case
