Great trimmer
After one trimming I was sure I had the best trimmer for my needs. It does an awesome job and I highly recommend it. The instructions are just pictures and you have to figure out what they are trying to tell you but it is pretty simple. Adjust the height, turn it on and start trimming. Easy peasy.

Nice personal grooming device.
I got this to replace my old trimmer that stopped holding a charge. I love how long it lasts on a single charge as well as its ease of use. While changing the various trimmer devices is easy, it’s a bit funky in that it feels like you need to be real careful as to not crack the plastic. My old trimmer had metal clips so it felt more sturdy. But for the price it’s a good deal and it’s proven to be more effective than my previous trimmer so far.

Great brand that I’ve been happy with for years. This trimmer also lives up to the Braun brand, works great and is easy to use/clean and charge. This is the trimmer I’d recommend, and I did try another brand name and was not happy with it at all, had to return it.I’ve had a couple of Braun cordless shavers and each one lasted well over 7-8 years with no problems at all.

Does what it’s supposed to do.
Pros: This is not my first Braun Trimmer. I like them. I like the way the adjustable wheel works on these compared to other brands. They’re waterproof so very easy to keep clean. The only issue is eventually, the battery starts to die. After 2.5-5 years, they’ll stop ever having “full power” if that makes sense. But that’s a good life for me.The only “Con” is petty, and I’m only bringing this up because i see it mentioned in some reviews. When putting the two trimmer heads on that are adjustable, they don’t always automatically start at the number set. They kinda default all the way down to zero (the closest setting). All the braun trimmers have done this. This is what’s happening when you read a review where someone complains i’t’s shaved their beard too far down. What you need to do, is place the head on with it set to zero, or after placing it on dial it down to zero and back up. Make sure it’s adjusting, then set it wherever you want. If it’s not moving, you’re set to shave your beard off.

Bad quality. Sinks to lowest setting when pressure applied. Worsens with time.
It has not even been 5 months since I got this and it’s already falling apart. I barely use it, but now the guard doesn’t hold the trimmer at the desired length and will sink to the lowest setting. I’ve made many mistakes with my beard where chunks of my facial hair have been shaved off accidentally because of how poorly made this trimmer was. Defeats the purpose if I can’t choose the desired length! In the middle of my beard trimming today, the knob flew off And the trimmer, yet again, sunk to the lowest setting. And I have a chunk of my beard shaved off. I’m so saddened by this product. My old trimmer isn’t sharp anymore, but it never performed this badly and the reason why I replaced it is because I wanted something that was sharper. Sharper. I didn’t realize that this was a downgrade, even though it’s more expensive.

This shaver has a proprietary charging system and cannot be charged via other means.This shaver should be advertised as having a USA style plug and be for people visiting the US only as of now I have a very expensive paper weight that cannot be charged with and Australian general power outlet.
