Affordable and reliable
As someone who for years has relied on boots like Bates or Belleville for my line of work I decided it was time for a change. After 9 years I got tired of spending 150+ for boots I knew I would replace due to inevitable wear and tear after a year since you can’t easily repair leather after countless scuffs from ladder wells, non-skid, knee knockers, etc. These boots caught my eye for looking similar to a pair of Bates which cost well over two times more than what I paid for these (about $52). For the price and Amazon’s amazing return policy I decided to give them a try. Note to others the sizing is what you would normally wear for casual/tennis shoes, NOT boot sizes, as in 10.5 is same as EU 44 or 10.8″ foot length. These fit perfectly for me (10.5 wide), the top portion feels nice on the back of heels as well. The insoles could be better, me personally I usually opt to use my own anyway. The craftsmanship of the boot and look? Top tier. I’ve been wearing boots for almost 10 years y’all, and I’ve owned some pretty solid boots that before today I would suggest to my junior guys before anything else. Now? Honestly I’m tempted to not tell more people about these because I don’t want the prices to skyrocket. They have a zipper on the side, which is in the perfect spot so you can tie these up, but then when you want to take off the boots immediately upon getting home all you have to do IS UNZIP and the boot slides off effortlessly. That’s not to say the boots are loose on your feet, you can get them snug, but the ease of removing them is a huge plus when I’m running late. They clean easy, as with any leather boot buff blacken and buff some more. I have yet to find out if these are truly waterproof, since owning them I haven’t been rained on (knock on wood), but when the time comes I’ll try to remember to update. These aren’t hot boots, my feet don’t sweat any more than usual in these. Bottom line, I will be buying these from now on.

Pretty good boot and value
I go through tactical boots about every year at my job. I used to use one pair at a time but have since started a 2-pair rotation of every other day. I had these (both in black leather as well as tan suede) prior to my current Maelstrom and LAPG duty boots. They fit as described and were comfortable for a day’s wear. They were a good value for what you got, and I’d buy them again depending on the market at the time.

Great boots for price!!
The boots out of the box were very comfortable! They weren’t too heavy and felt great for work.I ordered a size 11 so the fit was spot onWork in food delivery, moving cases with dolly and staking pallets, walking in sometimes slippery kitchens, and in wet conditionsSlip resistance it to an extent but I do feel it’s better than just some sneakers some of the kitchens are just slipperyThe steel toe is very practical dropped a couple cases on them and held up wellResistance to water is great keeps my feet dry if walking through puddles or working in rain,I had the boots a little over 3 months and they did wear down the sole, the zipper on one side had a tooth out of alignment and the stitching came apart on the heelI needed work boots quick and these boots for the price and what they offer worked very wellI’d say a take away would be if they reinforced some of the weak points these boots would definitely be just as good if not better than some of the high end work boots.

Comfortable warm definitely worth it
I love these boots. Supportive comfy warm, and I wear them all day 10 hour shifts and my feet and ankles do not hurt afterwards. I’m going to buy another pair, I do recommend them.

Amazing Boots
Fit well, great traction in amud and snow, and they kept my toes from being crushed when I dropped firewood on my feet. Amazing quality for a very good price. They have some weight to them took a bit to get used to compared to tennis shoes, but not so much that they weigh you down.

Decent Work Boots, But Durability is Lacking
The NORTIV 8 Steel Toe Boots started off as a comfortable and solid pair of work boots, but after just a few months, the durability issues started to show.🔹 The Good:✅ Comfortable Fit – Right out of the box, these boots felt great with solid arch support and a roomy toe box.✅ Steel Toe Protection – Provides good safety for construction and industrial work.✅ Slip-Resistant Sole – Good traction, even on slick surfaces.⚠️ The Bad:❌ Sole Durability Issues – After just a few months, the fabric around the sole started ripping apart, which is disappointing for work boots that should last longer.❌ Not Built for Heavy-Duty Use – If you’re on your feet all day doing tough jobs, these might not hold up as expected.⚖️ Final Verdict:These boots are decent for light to moderate work, but if you need something long-lasting for tough job sites, they may not be the best investment. At this price point, I expected better durability. 3 stars for comfort and initial quality, but loses points for how quickly they started falling apart.

Very yes
Day One, not even broke in yet, and this is comfy. Get the right size and boogie. I didn’t even have to replace the insoles.

Solid Work Boots, Great Protection but Could Be More Comfortable
These Nortiv8 steel-toe boots offer excellent durability and protection. The leather and fabric feels tough, and the toe cap meets ASTM standard. The midsole provides solid support. The slip-resistant sole works well on different surfaces, and the side zipper makes them easy to put on and take off. The stylish look is a nice bonus. However, while the boots are breathable, they could use more cushioning for long hours on hard surfaces. The insole is decent but may need upgrading for better comfort.Overall, a reliable choice for demanding work environments, but a little more comfort would make them perfect.

I am 61 years old; I have been looking for a boot like these for quite some time now! These look so much like a pair of US jungle boots that I got from a surplus outfit here in Regina. However they are light weight are extremely attractive and fit very nicely. The leather takes polish perfectly and really are quite comfortable. To me they are a dream come true. I love them!I just got my second set today(May 21/21). I was going to give this pair as a gift but I decided to keep them. These boots are bought one size larger so that I can put in a quality gel insert. I also bought a set of good quality elasticized laces. Once the gel insole is in and the new laces are installed; I tighten the boot firmly. I go for a walk like around the block and see if I need to tighten or loosen the laces. Then voila, I just undo the upper Velcro strap and slide down the inside (quality) zipper. These boots are literally the most comfortable, the most attractive the most light weight boots I have ever owned. I’m really just your average guy making it from paycheque to paycheque and I have never got a freebie from anyone. But I swear that these boots at the price that is offered are as close to a freebie that I will ever get. I am a fan!

Just wanted to let all know that these boots are excellent and quite comfortable on the feet. Also want to let you all know that the seller is also very excellent to deal with!! Hats off to both the seller and the comfortable work boots!!!

Great looking boots. Only issues are that they are fairly narrow but I feel they will stretch because of how soft the leather is. The other issue is there is a zipper in the side but it not fully open to make ease of access. There is a piece of leather that joins the sides fully fringe the complete to to the bottoms of the zippers. So it’s not an easy slide in, you have to puke the bit on live a pair of cowboy boots. But still great just not what I expected. But still very worth the money.

The NORTIV 8 Men’s Safety Steel Toe Work Boots are excellent. They’re sturdy, with a steel toe that offers great protection, and the anti-slip soles provide excellent traction. The boots are comfortable to wear for long hours, and the build quality is impressive. A solid choice for anyone needing reliable work footwear. Highly recommend!

I highly reccomend NOT buying these boots, I purchased them in October and by March 15th they fell apart, the seams and threading tore all around the left boot, I lost my steel shank from the left boot 2 days later. Again DO NOT buy these boots, their safe for a VERY limited time
