Great Customer Service From Nexpow
I purchased the NEXPOW Car Battery Jump Starter in November, and used it one time in February to help my son in law jump start the 12V battery in his car. It’s a really handy device and got his battery started no problem. Unfortunately, this Jump Starter would not recharge after I used it. I contacted the NEXPOW Customer Service, sent them a short video with my issue, and they shipped me a brand new unit the next day, which charges and works great. I really appreciate NEXPOW’s responsive customer service. Awesome people!

Compact and easy to store
Since my kids school is in the East Coast, it would be safe to have either a jumper cable or battery starter handy. The wife said a starter is better as he could charges it and be able to jump start the car anytime.Kid reported that it was relatively easy to operate and charge. Saved the day, works well and easy to use
I’m away from home traveling, it’s the middle of winter (10 degrees) and my daughter’s car battery died leaving her stranded. She’s in high school and a fairly new driver. Over the phone after a quick conversation she plugged it in and it started her car right up. We bought this many months ago and I honestly didn’t think it would still be charged. I like how easy it is to use. Its lightweight and versatile in that you can charge your cellphone and even has a built-in flashlight. It comes with a cinch bag to keep everything together which is nice since it also comes with cellphone charging cable . I’ve used on cars and atvs. The battery life is excellent. Don’t get caught without a way to Jumpstart any of your vehicles, so much easier than jumpercables!! I recommend.

Bought one of these last summer and it has been amazing this winter. Had issues with my car battery and this thing was able to jump start my minivan with no effort. Have had to use it multiple times now and works great. The added bonus of being able to use it as a cell phone charger is great too. Can jump start my vehicle multiple times on a single charge. Buying another one now to just leave one in each vehicle.

Very handy little device.
I have used this jump starter for at least 10 assisted starts for neighbors etc. I have not needed it to jump my own vehicles. With newer cars I would rather risk destroying this device, than damaging an expensive component in my vehicles. It just makes sense, you can still help someone; while not risking being stranded yourself, I may even need it to jump start my vehicle.
