Amazing!
I’m not going to go into boring back stories of how many types of car covers I’ve owned over the years, made out of every material known to humans, suffice to say that I am very happy with this purchase I made over a year ago. It’s still in perfect shape. My 2022 Ghost is 218” long and this fits perfectly. I live in a hot, dry environment, and the reflective material keeps the harsh UV rays off and out of it. Easy to assemble and disassemble, light, manageable and durable. The straps work great and can be adjusted for tighter or looser fittings. It has never come off, even during very gusty Santa Ana winds out here in CA.

I had a much heavier (and more expensive) car cover for the last few years. It had that fuzzy lining, which kept freezing to my car and forcing me to rip it off to remove the cover, leaving my car with stuck on fuzz. It was also heavy and took a lot of room to store in the back of my car. I decided I’d had enough, so ordered this one, particularly because it didn’t have that fuzzy lining. I was concerned about the recommendation for my car (2019 Forester) regarding size. The last one (supposedly for my car) was a super tight fit and didn’t go all the way down for that reason. I’m very glad I did! This one fits well and covers the whole car. It’s very lightweight and will be much easier to deal with. I sweep the snow off the cover before removing it. I just want a cover to keep me from having snow pile up and freezing on my car all winter (long winters in interior Alaska!) I’m not sure how well it will hold up yet, but for the price I paid, I’m not worried about that. I don’t use a cover in the summer, so not concerned about heat issues, etc. For my purposes, so far I’m giving this one five stars 🙂

Held up for a while
This car cover was easy to put on our Jeep and we liked the dark color instead of the silver ones that can be blinding in the sunshine.The cover held up for about 5 months before the wind ripped it. I wonder if other brands would have held up better – or worse? – in the same conditions. I’d say this was a fair value for the money, but I wish it had a longer life.

Faded and ripped
I bought 4 of these covers. The fitment and ease of putting them on and securing them are great but after 4 months of use and only installed once ( not taking on and off) they are all completely faded out and I only have one that is still on the cars the rest have ripped to shreds and blowing all over my yard. They are at a good price but considering I would have to buy three of them to last 1 year on a car it would be best to buy a better quality one and spend more money up front and not go through the hassle.

I wanted to write about my experience sooner, but the weather has not cooperated and no rain. Where I live it does not rain that often and hopefully over the winter, we will get enough rain to test the waterproofing and will add the results to this page.For now, let’s talk about the other aspects of the cover. This is the first time that I have had this type of cover. In the past all my covers were the thick nonwoven material type. The nonwoven covers are generally easier to put on; however, I did not find them very waterproof or protective, and are very bulky to store. My car is not garaged and is exposed to the element’s day in and day out. UV has destroyed my finish and interior. The nonwoven covers did not offer much protection in that regard. Also, they provided no protection from the rain or dust. I thought I would try this type of cover and hoped for the best.So far, and it is too early to fully tell, UV protection looks like it is working. Nothing in the interior of the car has further faded. And, the interior is much cooler with the cover on than sitting in the sun without it “this is something I just thought was an advertising gimmick, but it is true.”Because of the tight elastic seal on the bottom edge of the cover, I now have excellent dustproofing and don’t have to dust off my car every day. In fact, I hardly had to dust it since using the cover and where I live it is a very dusty environment.As I mentioned, I found that this type of cover was a little more difficult to put on and that was due to its thin fabric and slippery nature. I was; however, after a few days, able to master putting it on and now I like it much better that the old covers and it goes on much easier. I like the way it secures with the three straps. They are so easy to hook up and hold the cover securely in high winds. One other cool thing about this design is it does not matter which way you put it on. The front does not have to go in the front, the cover will fit perfectly either way.The cover is very well made, all seams are sewed straight and tight. The fabric is super strong and I tried my best to rip it without any success. Additionally, none of the seams popped!The car looks great with the cover on it and affords maximum protection from the elements. Overall, I am very happy with the cover and highly recommend it.I will revisit this page with updates especially waterproof and UV.REVISION:As promised, I have and update on water proofing. We have finally got some significant rain, by our SoCal standards, and the cover worked perfectly. No water got through!So far the UV protection is outstanding! No additional damage from UV.A little note: The center strap snapped in the middle and it looks like it melted from touching the catalytic converter. When I get home late at night, I don’t let the car exhaust system cool down before putting the cover on…my bad. So, please be aware of this. My solution is to go to the .99 cent store and buy a wire dog leash and use that as the middle strap. Mazda 2016 MX-5
Great fit for a 2016 MX-5.I have tried numerous covers prior to this one however, none fit due to the short backend, and longer hood of the car. Without spending upwards of 100 bucks to purchase a custom cover, this is a great option for simple dust, pollen and grime protection. I keep the car covered and in the garage most of the time and this keeps the car in that just waxed condition.It is however, a thin cover so don’t expect it to keep the car cool in the summer heat. It will of course shield from some of the UV rays however, the car will still get very hot inside and out. This cover is for basic protection from the elements at a reasonable price. If total protection from heat, UV, animal scratches etc. is what your looking for the maybe a 10 layer, thicker, cover is what you’re looking for however, you’re gonna have to dish out much more cash to pay for it.

Fits my brz.A bit thin but good cover for parking in the garage over the winter.Don’t recommend it outside as it feels thin and fabric may scratch the paint if it’s blowing in the wind constantly.Comes with straps which is good to hold it in place.
