A functional Walker

Good for ambulatory but handicap users.
Manufacturer needs better quality control but assembly easy following directions. One footrest unstable and does not securely lock into place when used as a transfer chair. Otherwise easy to manipulate. Safety and ease of storage/folding is excellent and weight factor makes it easy to fold and place into or out of vehicle for travel. Umbrella holder could be more secure but serviceable.

The chair sure looked good in the photo. Came in many pieces, too hard for me to put together, Had to hire a handyman to put together. Once assembled it looked real good. Took my husband to a mall, and the chair, 1st of all, veered to the right and had to struggle with it, 2nd, and most important, every time we went over a seam in the floor of tile or carpet, it almost ejected him right out of the chair.I paid $199.00, and had to pay handyman $40,00, They hailed with me for over 1 1/2 weeks upon giving me a refund. They started at $20.00 and we finally settled at $150.00. I am still out $90.00.What ever you do, do not buy from this company, GoPlus.
Ramp is okay. It is hard for my dog to get a firm foothold when first stepping on to the ramp. –

Was in Papeete, Tahiti. The streets were cobbled and it wasn’t easy to maneuver the walker. One of the front wheels came loose and fell off when I tilted it to get up on a curb. Everything was tight when this thing was put together, but apparently it doesn’t stay tight. Have only used this walker since Feb 17th and still have 2weeks to go on my cruise. I hope the walker makes it 🤞🏼

Pluses – cheap, lightweight, easily foldable.Minuses – it literally will NOT roll over any threshold!!! Everyone we go into a building I have to get up and take a step forward so my husband can push it over the threshold and then I sit back down. This is extremely difficult for me! We’ve had this for a few months now and the arm has broken and we don’t use it that much.

No locking mechanism
There isn’t any way to lock the wheels or to lock the foot rests in place when not in use. When you put the foot rests back they will fall down on each side because they don’t have a latch to hold them up. I have to use RUBBER BANDS TO KEEP THE HELD UP. You cannot get the walker through door ways when the foot rests keep falling down.

I bought this for my 78 years old mom and I decided to buy a rollator from Amazon as the price from stores was expensive. I was totally amazed when I assembled it as it is sturdy, beautiful and durable. I am a kind of person that is very meticulous to a product I buy and I can say this one is the right product for my mom. I can easily fold, remove the arm and foot rest if I wanted it to be just a rollator. The best thing was the wheels got worn out because of our misuse. (Brakes on while being pushed) so I asked the support for the part number to buy a replacement. The support instead sent me within 7 day a replacement wheels! Totally good product support and my mom loves it so much!

This chair is just what my Mom needed. When walking anywhere we go, she feel more stable and confident than using a cane. When seating on it, she said it feels good. I pushed her chair like in the mall or street, it was fine on smooth, flat ground. But when we used it in the park where some grounds are uneven and we need to go on a ramp from crosswalk, I need to push the back with my feet and my Mom tend to fall over. We need to help each other by one pushing from the back and another one pulling at the front so Mom won’t fall. We noticed that the wheels on the front are not big enough to support uneven grounds. Otherwise, it’s ok. Easy to fold and place at the back of my van. If you’re gonna use this more on uneven ground and your Mom needs to sit on the chair most of the time than just for walking support, this is not for you. Get a chair with bigger wheels.
