warm and durable
My son hasn’t had the chance to try these boots in the snow yet, but so far, they seem great! They are heavy-duty and durable, and they come with thick, removable inserts to keep his feet warm. They’re also easy to put on and tighten. Hopefully, this review stays just as positive after testing them in the snow!

Sturdy warm boots
I bought these boots for my daughter and they are far exceeding expectations. They look good, wear well, stay comfortable and dry, and have plenty of room for her wide feet. She can also put them on and take them off easily, but they also stay on solidly and don’t slip on her heel. Perfect winter boots!

Very warm and easy for kids to slip on.
What I like most about the boots was the insert & the thickness of it. Also, you can take the insert out of the boot.Very comfortable And the quality is exceptional. But there is one more plus side to the boot tight fitting of the leg so snow doesn’t get inside the boot as much as any other boots.

So Far So Good!
I bought one size up on both pairs – a 4 for my daughter (she wears a 3) in pink and they came in just as I ordered and I ORDERED a size 3 for my son (he wears a 1, but they were out of the 2) in navy blue, but I was shipped a size 4. I’m not exactly pleased, but he HAS to have boots and I don’t have time to ship them back and wait. If he doesn’t have boots for school he can’t play on the playground (even though there’s no snow on the ground right now). SO! I will keep what I was shipped and hopefully they’ll be able to wear them next year.That being said the kids say they still “feel really good and warm” and they’re excited that they can take the insert out and use them as rain boots – they’ve never had rain boots before.Pros:- I LOVE that they are rubber all the way up – no way should they leak like the “waterproof” fabric ones ALWAYS do.- The insert is great quality and if I add a nice pair of wool boot socks she should be all set.- Can turn into rain boots- Light weight- Great Price- Replaceable insertCons:- A little wide even with the insert- I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, but that’s not about the boot itself.- …I’m a little concerned that because it is rubber all the way up it doesn’t bend well with the ankle. I think they’ll just have to get used to the way it bends. I just hope it doesn’t crack or wear out or something.They seem to be light – they didn’t sound like horses galloping when they were walking through the house for testing.Overall, I really think we’re going to be happy with these. I will add an update once we get some real snow to test them with.***UPDATE*** 1-17-15Well, we finally have had some snow. The kids LOVE THEM! They tell me that their feet stay toasty and they like how tall they are. They’re still excited to wear them as rain boots.They’ve held up really well so far. The soles are still good and I even like how the shaft bends for movement. The only thing that I’m not impressed with and that doesn’t seem to make much of a difference is the elastic pull at the top. I mean, I guess it’s so they don’t get snow in their boot, but my kids don’t have thick legs. SO they can pull it all the way tight and it doesn’t really do much. BUT! I still love these boots. They wash off really easily from mud and gunk and you don’t have to worry about them drying. The liner is removable. I don’t think I’ll ever buy any other kind of boot. I hope they never stop making these.

Fits true to size, high quality and comfortable
My son love these boots. He says they are very comfortable. The pull strap at the top doesn’t close too tight so I am not sure how helpful it really is but other than that these are super high quality.They fit true to size because I bought the size we think he is and it was very comfortable. It’s always difficult buying shoes for children online. I would highly recommend measuring the child’s foot and using that to decide on the size of you are not sure.

These Kamik SNOBUSTER1 snow boots are absolutely fantastic! We’ve been through several brands of winter boots for our kids over the years, and these are by far the best we’ve found. They’ve held up incredibly well through a tough winter with lots of snow, slush, and freezing temperatures.The most important thing about a kids’ snow boot is keeping their feet warm and dry, and these boots excel at both. The waterproof construction is truly waterproof – we’ve had no issues with leaks, even after hours of playing in deep snow. The insulation is excellent, keeping their feet warm even on the coldest days. My child has never complained about cold feet once while wearing these.They’re also surprisingly lightweight and easy for kids to put on and take off themselves. The adjustable toggle closure at the top helps to keep snow out and provides a snug, secure fit. The boots have good traction, providing stability on slippery surfaces. I dont have to work about them falling on the ice.Durability is another huge plus. These boots are clearly built to last. The rubber outsole is tough and shows minimal wear, even after a full season of heavy use. The upper material is also very durable and easy to clean.Overall, I can’t recommend these Kamik SNOBUSTER1 boots highly enough. They’re warm, dry, comfortable, durable, and easy for kids to manage. They’re worth every penny, and we’ll definitely be buying Kamik boots again in the future. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality snow boot for your child, look no further!

We live in central Ontario, with lots of snow, slush, mud and rain during winter. These boots are great for my son, they’re 100% waterproof and keep his feet warm and most importantly dry!We walk at least an hour daily and they’ve held up. Last year his old brand of boots would be soaked just from playing outside at recess, I haven’t had to dry the linings once so far since having this brand.I will be repurchasing Kamik whenever he outgrows them, it takes a lot of worry/stress off me to know he is warm and dry! He is also able to comfortably run in them as well which he likes.Great brand and for the quality they are worth the money!

My 4 year old loves these. The boots are easy to put on, high enough to keep her feet dry in high snow, waterproof, warm and easy to clean. For a bonus, in the summer we can take the lining out and use them as rain boots.Honestly there’s nothing negative to say about them. Great quality, well made, we used them every day for months and they still look great.

I love these boots for my son. They keep his feet toasty and are very durable for cold Canadian winters. I love that they are all rubber so even on slushy days I’m not worried about him getting a soaker like he would with boots that have fabric from the ankle up.Definitely get these boots, they are totally worth it!
