    Good vitamins
Solgar vitamins have always been top notch. I chose them because the B vitamins are balanced. It is important to have the same amount of B vitamins in a multiple vitamin.

Love these vitamins. I definitely feel the difference in my energy to level when I don’t remember to take it. I take them with food so they don’t effect my stomach.

    Great for Everyday Needs
The quality of Solar is great and this provides high RDA of most essential needs. I bought this because I am over 50 and don’t need the extra iron.

    Sweat and sour
The product is excellent. The fact that my origional recurring order was canceled and substituted a lower quantity, from 180 tabs to 90 is infuriating.

Some vitamin levels are higher than Chat GPT considers safe
The definition of “high amounts” of vitamins can vary depending on the specific vitamin, individual factors such as age, sex, and health status, as well as whether the source of the vitamins is from food or supplements. Here are general guidelines for what is considered high amounts for the vitamins mentioned earlier:Vitamin A: The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin A is around 900 micrograms (mcg) per day for adult men and 700 mcg per day for adult women. Intakes exceeding 3,000 mcg per day for adults can increase the risk of toxicity. However, chronic intake of much lower levels, around 1,500–2,000 mcg per day, can also lead to toxicity over time.Vitamin D: The RDA for vitamin D is approximately 600 International Units (IU) per day for adults under 70 years old and 800 IU per day for adults over 70. Excessive intake of vitamin D is generally considered to be over 4,000 IU per day, although toxicity symptoms can occur at lower levels, particularly with long-term consumption of doses exceeding 10,000 IU per day.Vitamin E: The RDA for vitamin E is around 15 milligrams (mg) per day for adults. Doses exceeding 1,000 mg per day can increase the risk of bleeding and other adverse effects, including potential liver toxicity.Niacin (Vitamin B3): The RDA for niacin is approximately 16 mg for adult men and 14 mg for adult women. Intakes exceeding 35 mg per day are generally considered high and can lead to niacin toxicity, including liver problems.Iron: The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for iron varies by age, sex, and other factors. For adult men and postmenopausal women, the RDA is around 8 mg per day. For premenopausal women, it’s around 18 mg per day. Intakes exceeding the tolerable upper intake level (UL) of iron, which is 45 mg per day for adults, can lead to iron overload and potential liver damage. It’s essential to note that these are general guidelines, and individual tolerances may vary. Some people may be more susceptible to vitamin toxicity due to factors such as underlying health conditions, medications, or genetic predispositions. Always consult with a healthcare professional before significantly increasing your intake of any vitamin, especially through supplementation. They can provide personalized recommendations based on your specific health needs and circumstances.

    Mixed impressions
I like that the supplement comes in a glass bottle with a metal lid as opposed to plastic like that vast majority of supplements come packaged. That said, I don’t like that it contains titanium dioxide as an ingredient, something I managed to miss when I was deciding to buy this supplement.I also didn’t know that the pills would be so big. For m, these are the proverbial “horse pill” in size and difficult to swallow. I don’t know if I can safely cut them in half to make them easier to swallow.I will probably look for an alternative multivitamin that is a smaller pill size.
