Oh my goodness! What a great gift. I bought one box for my three-year-old grandson and granddaughter twins for their birthday. I put together as many of the suggested ideas from the blueprints as I could fit into the box, about six I think, along with the leftover unused pieces. They have some really great ideas and when the twins opened the box, they were so happy to have some all ready to play with. The packaging is sturdy, it has a great carrying handle, and everything packs away quickly. Especially great for the small household with limited space. I suggest purchasing a separate building platform.) If you already have these sorts of blocks, and building platforms, these particular blocks are a wonderful addition! They are very easy to take apart and put together, and the imagination factor is a big wow! You will be delighted with the purchase!!

Instructions can be a bit confusing
I bought this as a toy to use in play therapy with children with disabilities, but we had to go back and make our own step-by-step directions for the children to use. The directions are fine for adults and maybe older children (though I don’t know that older children are super interested in the big kind of blocks) but I think little kids would struggle without adult assistance. The blocks are not pre-printed so you need to put the stickers on them for eyes, teeth, etc yourself. Some of the stickers are made to be placed on multiple blocks at once, so I cut them apart so the animals could still be taken apart after being built. Once they’re built though the kids love them! They get to build them and then use them like action figures after.

I’m not disappointed! I like the container. I just wish it had more variety of pieces. I like the stickers and it has a how to page with sorta like instructions for a couple different animals. All in all I’m not disappointed.

These were delivered a while back and my toddlers have been all over them. Great quality and such vibrant colors. The blocks fit well together to make sturdy structures. Pieces are big enough for little hands.Can we also just speak about that storage bucket…huge and definitely a deciding factor when looking to purchase loose parts/toys.Let’s face it, you can never have enough blocks…I wish I had ordered the bigger set…will be needing a lot more of these very soon.A very happy customer!

Naturally that led me to buying this set and I have to say he’s loving it… so much so in fact that I have spent the last 72 hours as a marble run engineer because to do anything else means him getting very upset!I was a bit dubious about the cost, but the set is of very high quality and has enough pieces to allow you to create all kinds of designs. I’m actually considering buying a second second to enable me and my son to create larger tracks.10/10
