Boston terrier loves these
My dog loves these. Yes, it’s freeze dried salmon so it crumbles easily but I throw these into an enrichment puzzle so it doesn’t really matter. It’s still mostly good chunks in there and if we get to the bottom and it’s powdery we’ll mix it into her food. I think the price is decent for getting pure freeze dried salmon. I ordered these because my dog has a lot of food sensitivities so were trying to avoid too many processes treats. Though it does smell very much like fish, I’d order these again for my needy boston.

If used as topper, it’s hard to crumble/powder w/skin attached
My dogs love 100% salmon; I like no additives. About 95+% of the pieces are w/skin attached (didn’t know that) difficult to crumble, powder, break the skin. For my use, this freeze dried salmon is too hard to work with as a topper on dried kibbles. Better just as a treat. Will look for 100% freeze dried salmon without skin.

The skin on top is tough!
The skin that is left on some pieces is VERY hard and can’t be ripped apart. It was as tough as thick plastic. My 32 lb. dog couldn’t digest the skin and ended up vomiting them up in the middle of the night.
