A lot of good in a small pill
These are great dailys for those of us just wanting to supplement our normally healthy diets. Doesn’t have 10,000% of each vitamin/mineral, which I like. No issues with taste or upset stomach or any of that. Just a great little addition to a healthy diet.

These tiny pills are great! I don’t love swallowing pills, and neither do my kids. It’s really nice that you only need ONE of these per day, which makes them super affordable. However, in addition, you may want to add calcium and magnesium supplements, because these vitamins don’t have enough of them. I like these because they are really small and they don’t leave any type of aftertaste. I’m glad to have made the switch away from gummies and on to a more natural alternative. We will be buying these again.

We used to get Costco style multivitamin, which are big bulky very hard to swallow.
