Just as good as more expensive brands
So far this appears to do as good a job as other brands I’ve tried. I use it more as a preventative measure so it’s hard to judge the results right now but it hasn’t caused any adverse reactions so my advice is to try it, if it doesn’t work for you Amazon returns are ridiculously easy. Oh, if anyone is interested in these things it looks exactly the same as the Nordic Pure brand I used to take and is packaged well and freshness sealed and dated.

Omega 3 from a trusted brand
I have used a variety of Vitamatic probiotics with success and was happy to try the fish oil as well. When I checked the label of my previous brand of fish oil, I was surprised to find it was only 500mg (I was sure it was 1000mg). The Vitamatic fish oil is 3600mg, which seemed like too big an increase for me. So I’m taking just one pill, which is 1200mg. I’m using it for my circulation and, after a week of taking this supplement, have seen a definite improvement in my health. I know everyone uses supplements for different reasons, and my experience might be different from yours. The pills are large but easy to swallow. I haven’t had any aftertaste or digestive problems. I appreciate that the pills fill almost the entire container, unlike others that are put in containers much larger than the quantity inside. I would like to know whether the fish used are sustainably sourced and tested to be free from contaminants, which is why I’ve given this 4 stars rather than 5.
