Was a little nervous about purchasing because the other snakes like this on Amazon didn’t have good reviews. This one had the best reviews despite it looking like the same thing I decided to go for it.It’s actually really amazing! It was the favorite of the party despite there being a flying drone!The egg remote (which is adorable by the way) comes with little coins batteries included. 3 I believe. However, the snake itself is rechargeable and comes with an audio Jack type of charger. The charger seems very cheaply made but it works just fine and even has an indicator light. Just make sure you don’t lose it because it’s unique.I can’t believe how popular this was with how cheap it is! And people kept asking where I got it and how much it was. I didn’t want to say how much lol! Compared to a 100$ drone haha.It looks pretty real. I mean if you saw this while walking into a room you would think it’s real! It’s a little bit loud but it almost sounds like hissing. One thing to note is that this will only work on hard surfaces. Carpet won’t work and I think that even textured cement it would not be able to move.I can see how this seems fragile but it’s holding up to the kids playing with it. They aren’t throwing it around or anything but with normal play this is holding up. I wouldn’t expect this to last forever in any means but it’s not like it’s made of glass.It’s awesome and I would totally buy this again if I could. In fact I might buy another just for my cat.It comes in gift friendly packaging. Requires little assembly. All you have to do is put the batteries in the egg which will require a small screw driver. It does not come with a plug for the charger but you can still charge from a computer or battery pack.I would recommend this to anyone it’s so cute and snake loving kids would go nuts over this.

CHEAP TOY WORTHLESS
Well, the plan was to put this slithering snake out by the bird feeder and activate it when the pidgeons flew in to eat the bird seed intended for dove, cardinals, and tweetie birds. The small wheels this cheap stuff toy runs on only work on floor, not carpet, or outdoors rock or grass. Inside it’ll bump into the wall and gets stuck. This device really has no place on the market.

My husband is terrified of snakes (: so the kids and I decided to prank him. Best idea ever. Best video I’ve ever taken. The snake works great. Looks realistic in the dark. You can clearly tell it’s a toy in the light, which is okay because that’s the point! It works well with the remote, and the kids now use it as a toy! Thank you!

Beware if you have long-haired animals.
First, buyer beware, just getting the thing up and rolling is an ordeal. The batteries are an awkward fit and it took me a bit too long to figure out how to even turn it on. But that’s okay. Learning is fun.My cats are very hunt-oriented so they were very much into catching this stupid snake thing. However, they’re very long-haired cats. The wheels WILL get caught in their fur if it is running when they start to attack it. You need to be on your guard to immediately turn off the toy so that it doesn’t cause a huge issue. (Less dire, this also means you should have floors clear of debris, as it will wrap any lingering pet fuzz in its wheels faster than you can think about how much you need to sweep your floor.)I’d recommend other pet robot toys over this one due to the safety risk, but if you are closely monitoring while your pets are playing with this toy, it’s delightfully unique.

This is the second snake we purchased. The cobra snake didn’t work that great. Luckily this one works Much better! If it doesn’t drive straight, read the directions on the box on how to ‘recalibrate’ it, by holding the buttons down. My 3 and 5 yr old LOVE this thing. It doesn’t work well on carpet, tho it will move slowly on some. AnOther annoying thing is when it runs into a wall or corner it tends to get stuck there. But it didn’t bother my kids, they loved picking it up by the tail and setting it down again to take off. Fun little toy!

it don’t skeer me, my wife jumps a little, but the cats is freaked out
This little magic worm done skeered the stuffing outa them dern cats. At first, before we figured out that you gotta turn it on with a tiny little switch under the chin, them cats was gathered around staring at it like a couple of chickens watching a card trick. Then Bibbs, that’s Bernice’s boy, turned it on, waited a couple seconds, and then mashed the remote button so the magic worm started worming and them cats flied straight up in the air. Oh lord, we FELL OUT. Bibs was chasing them dern cats around the house with the magic worm until the battery give out and we was heevin rollin and hollerin the whole time. Our only complaint is that it took too long to charge the battery up agin. Actually, it was probably about the right amount of time cuz them dern cats sorta forgot about it. relaxed a little, you know? When Bibs, that’s Bernice’s boy, fired it up a second time they was just as skeered. it’s the best Christmas gift I ever got. We’re fixin to bye another one.

premetto che mio figlio l’ha usato 3 volte per 10 minuti ciascuna.il telecomando funziona correttamente e il serpente si muove veloce e in modo abbastanza preciso in base ai comandi.l’effetto del movimento è piuttosto realistico e quando spunta da sotto il divano sembra vero!se posso fare un appunto sui parquet e pavimenti scivolosi tende a perder un pò il movimento oscillatorio ma è trascurabile.buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
