I have a lot of chronic pain issues including Fibromyalgia & Arthritis which effect my sleep daily! I have only had this product for 3 days and according to my Fitbit I am getting “deeper” sleep & I also feel the difference the next day! Deep sleep is so important when you have any pain issues because during that time is when your body repairs itself!I also fall asleep so much faster & stay asleep for more hours than before! I take 1 or 2 capsules an hour before bedtime and it helps me fall asleep. It does not work everytime I have difficulty but enough that I will continue with this product. There is no hangover but there is a dry mouth. I have tried many different sleep aids including prescriptions and this is the best for me.

Best sleeping pills I’ve ever taken. Not only am I able to stay asleep all night taking only 1 capsule instead of the recommended 2, but I’ve had dreams every single night I’ve taken them. I haven’t had dreams I could remember for more than maybe a few times over the last 10 years. This also doesn’t leave me feeling like a zombie when I actually wake up. With serotonin precursors like 5htp and gaba, its my estimation that after taking this stuff I got a mild version of serotonin syndrome which lead to the increased blood pressure. I quit taking it after waking up pounding heart and not being able to get back to sleep. Plus the older versions of this product smelled worse, but seemed to work better. My assumption is that they reduced the amount of Valarian root, which is known to have a stink, but is good for sleep.

I like the basic Happy Camper and currently am taking two capsules almost daily. I was excited when this arrived but the thrill is gone. I was looking for a lasting sleep and it didn’t work for that. But the odd taste in the morning and slight hangover really turned me off.
