THIS STUFF WORKS!!
This stuff is the bomb! Due to a diagnosis of breast cancer, I was immediately taken off all HRT which included me sleeping well. Oh what a disaster! THEN, I realized this is an herbal product (not a prescription) so your body has to get used to it and absorb it. THEN, I experimented with how much time I had to allow from the time I took the pills until I was actually ready for sleep. (For me, I take the pills 2 hours before bedtime). Anyway, I hung in there (once again, realizing this product is herbal and NOT a prescription drug) and I am now getting my (usual) 7-8 hours of good sleep again. Forget the smell (hold your nose if you have to!) — the result is really GREAT sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to go to the gym and run.

I followed the dosage instructions exactly, so there was no reason for this kind of reaction.The ingredients looked fine, but something in it clearly didn’t agree with me. I’ve taken similar supplements before without any issues, so this was a huge disappointment. I won’t be taking it again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with a sensitive stomach.
