Fun for toddler
Got this for our 2year old grandson he loves them they really keeps his attention I was suprised at the quality for the price – we did put aside a few of the items due to size concerns (he might put in his mouth) other than that it has been a big hit – Would recommend !

Great learning tool
This is a great learning tool for toddlers. My baby has just started talking and this has been really helpful and fun at the same time. The toys are adorable and interactive as some have velcro on them.

Why do all the pieces come apart?
As an Occupational Therapist I like to use these for kids during our sessions. I do not like that so many of the objects come apart – especially the food items (fries pull out of the container, hamburger pulls apart into several pieces, popcorn comes out of the box, and all the vegetables and fruit pull apart too). The kids fixate on taking the objects apart instead of matching them to the cards. I ended up gluing everything together……

I have two little ones and they love this toy slash book. It had octopus and shark which are the animals that both of my kids love. Sometimes we use them as our bath time toys they stay the same don’t change color. It is like bunch of toys plus book that comes with it

Engaging for preschoolers
My preschool students have been enjoying this category sorting with objects. Although other reviewers have criticized the velcroed fruits and vegetables and removable tops to other food items, I have found that to be a feature since it makes the activity more interactive and helps to strengthen their fingers to pull the objects apart. This can also be used as a matching game for students to visually match the correct pieces to put back together.The reason for the 4-stars is the ocean animals are way too big for the pictures on the card. As a former Montessori teacher, this discrepancy is very distracting for preschoolers who should have an exact match for visuals. Another inaccuracy is that the kiwi fruit should be green inside instead of brown which I will fix by painting it. Lastly, the balls roll all over the card and will need to have velcro placed on the ball as well as the card to hold them in place. Overall, a worthwhile purchase.
