Quality & ease of cutting and application is wonderful. I ordered the largest size i could get and i unfortunately needed to cover my couches back corners the most, so i cut it in half.Only took me about 30 min to cut everything to size and then to apply to the couch. I used the extra tape for extra adhesion and security.Ive had this for a few months now & as you can see my cat loves to scratch it and thankfully it hasnt started to peel or fall off yet! The grey color is a good close match for my couch aswell. I wish I ordered more to cover the middle area aswell before my cat got to it lol.

My cats love it.
We live in a small apartment so no room for extra scratching posts. My cats love this! We have it up to protect areas that they showed interest in scratching. It’s easy to cut to size and the adhesive works well. The thickness is great and it lasts for a few months. We will have to paint when we move out because the adhesive does take some paint off, but this protects the areas from damage from scratching.

Ruined fabric on couch when removed
I have 3 cats and they like to scratch the fabric furniture. Product looked promising. Easy to cut and apply and adhered well. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks I wanted to remove it. It has to be peeled off and in the process it pulled off threads of fabric. Terribly difficult to remove – essentially ruined areas of my couch where it had been stuck on. I suggest to apply it on a inconspicuous area of your furniture to make sure it doesn’t ruin it upon removal. Maybe it removes better off furniture that is not fabric – but I would not chance it. I would not purchase again for this reason.

Not enough tape
This is a good way to protect your furniture but I wish it had more tape. I had to order an additional roll of tape after I received but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Useful but adhesive isn’t very strong
This carpet stuff matches my sofa and does a good job of providing some protection for the sofa arms my cat loves to scratch. However, the adhesive isn’t very strong. I augmented with a hot glue gun and that took care of the problem. A good value for the money.

Cats love this and it’s saved my sofas!! It came with some tape that was useless but the actual fabric has a sticky back which you can peel and that sticks perfectly. Buying more.
