First thing I did!
Update: 6 months late and these are still holding strong! Bought some for my dad’s car too. Installed them in less than 5 minutes.*****“Installing” these was the first thing I did on my new Model Y. I didn’t need them for my 3, but I’d heard the Y had open vents and boy that was correct! You get one M&M down there and you’re going to hear that thing for years! The vents are very open, on the floor, under the front seats. These covers have Velcro and it attaches to the “carpet” around the vent. I had to move my seats all the way up to really install them perfectly. Attach the top part first, then go around the edges pressing hard so there are no openings, then push the bottom part down. This product worked perfectly and fit perfectly for the model Y. Great quality and I assume I’ll never need to replace them. Thank you!!

Very Functional
Purchased two sets – one for a 2023 Tesla MY and another for a 2023 M3 SR. The covers are made of a cloth mesh that is surrounded by velcro. The velcro works very well in both the MY and M3.Installation was easy for both vehicles and the covers fit very well. The covers will prevent coins and other things from getting into the vent holes, which is very likely to happen over the lifetime of a vehicle. Quality product – highly recommended.

Looks a bit cheaply made but covers well
The large openings of the vents under the seats make it prone to get stuff in there, especially with kids being in the car often. Such a bad design on the Y, not sure about the rest. These covers look a bit cheap but they did the job well. The cover the vents entirely and the strong velcro keeps them in place.

Floor vents live, well, on the floor where shoes and boots tread heavily. These sturdy net covers will flex when stepped on but won’t break. The netting feels like it won’t tear either. In addition, the netting is mostly open space and lets the air flow freely.

Simple, yet effective design.
This fixes what is objective a design oversight by Tesla. I was debating going with one of the many plastic covers, but I’m happy I went with this instead.The Velcro ensures that the mesh will not move around, I don’t have to worry about rattling or it coming off of someone steps on it.It is a very cheap and effective solution. I’d recommend.

Works better than last choice
The last one I bought to solve this problem that should be solved by Tesla was a plastic screen with removable tape that went around the opening. It lasted about a month. This solution is much simpler and I can take it off and put it on my next Tesla

Function > form
After exploring the options, here’s why I chose this over the plastic grate alternative.-fitment/compatibility concerns-no worries of getting dislodged from feet-no tape adhesives-mesh will do better keeping smaller things out vs. grates with slots.In regards to the product itself…-adequately covers and encompasses the hole.- mesh is of good thickness and appears durable-the velcro does an excellent job of keeping it in place; this is not moving anywhere unintentionally.The only thing I don’t like is I think it’s overpriced for what it is. That said, I’m confident it will do it’s intended job well.Hope you find this review helpful.
