My 17 yr old daughter installed this into my 2003 Honda Accord! Such an awesome deal. It does sometimes make a high pitched whistling sound, but I imagine there’s a trick to make that go away because sometimes it does. Overall, it was a great purchase.

USB works perfectly. 3.5mm has hum, which is to be expected.
This worked exactly as described with the caveat of the noise of the 3.5mm input, which other buyers had already mentioned. I bought a Ground Loop Noise Isolator for Car Audio 3.5mm, but that didn’t help at all. Even with nothing plugged into the 3.5mm, the adapter makes noise–unless you have a card plugged into the USB. The music on the USB card played flawlessly and without noise. I did have to turn my car stereo volume up higher than normal, but it was certainly within an acceptable range. The install was a cinch. If you have a multi-disk changer on your car stereo, you’ll want there Y adapter. My CD changer was broken, so I just unplugged it and plugged this in its place. I bought a BATIGE USB 3.0 & 3.5mm Car Mount Flush Cable to use with this, and it worked perfectly. I mounted the Batige Mount in a cigarette lighter I removed. Fit perfectly. Wish I had known about this product years ago when my CD changer broke.

Works Great on 2010 HONDA CIVIC SEDAN
Just installed, works great till now. Mainly I bought this for a USB audio socket but it comes with both regular aux cable & USB. Other thing is once connected, the regular aux port of the car stops working. That’s why it also has a regular aux cable which can be connected directly to a smartphone. After connecting it, I hid the rest of the cable inside that tiny cabin and kept the socket ends out and put the cover back. I am happy with my purchase. I can play the music from a pen drive / flash drive / USB now. I recommend it.

Horrible Product
This product is pretty much worthless. Yes, if you get it installed then you can technically play music in your car from your phone/SD card/iPod/whatever but the sound quality is so bad that you won’t want to anymore. For one thing, volume is cut in half. If you like your music at anything above speaking volume, I suggest finding some other product. The adapter also has the infamous “alternator whine” that apparently a lot of similar products have, which is annoying but eventually you can kind of subconsciously ignore it. The third major problem is the fact that the actual connection being made between the aux cord and my phone is horrible. Most of the time I have to fiddle with it for 5-10 minutes before I can get everything in a position where there isn’t constant crackling, only occasional pops.All in all, if you’re looking for a way to install an aux port, find something other than this adapter. It’s a horrible product that will make you start to hate all of your favorite songs.

Worked perfectly in my 05 TSX Base.For my application, I didn’t even need tools (popped out the center trays underneath the OEM head unit, and there you go!). Since my car came with XM Radio, I had to unplug the XM harness, and replace it with the harness of this AUX Interface. This was not a loss for me (don’t use XM at all), but keep this in mind.The wiring is plenty long, so you run the wires to wherever you’d like. For me, I ran it into the center console (inside the arm rest), and plugged in a Bluetooth transmitter for USB power and AUX audio.Very small price, but definitely makes the car feel much more modern!

Al conectarlo al carro hacía sonido de interferencia y no se le quitaba . Tuve que quitarlo y dejarlo como estaba , me arrepentí de comprarlo y lastimosamente no puedo hacer la devolución por que me piden mucho requisito para devolverlo tanto que gastaría más .
