After trying my step-dad’s unit, my brother’s and a couple of others, the Medline definitely came out on top! It’s a very high quality unit, that has most of the features that the $90 units have for 50% of the cost. I have large upper arms and the large cuff fit me just fine. It takes it quickly the first time, every time! Some units I’ve used inflate, then deflate about half way, then pump up all the way again. Total PIA! I think for the cost, it cannot be beat. I’d suggest this to any friends or family members!

Not appropriate for larger arms
The whole reason I purchased this blood pressure unit was because it came with a standard and an adult large cuff. The adult large cuff would not fit a man who does any type of workout to build his upper arms. Therefore, I had to return the item as it did not fit around my husband’s large upper arm. It is not a good value if you have to pay for the extra large cuff separately.

Completely different from 2 different hospital vitals. Over 10-15 higher on diastolic. I thought i was having severe blood pressure issues and the hospital says my blood pressure is fine. 124-84With this cuff it is 153/107… are you kidding me?! Extremely disappointed!!!
