Works well to keep dogs from drinking too quickly.
Loving this for working so well. One of my Chihuahuas has a collapsed trachea and drinking too much too quickly sets off a coughing attack. This design limits how much water she can drink at a time, while still allowing her to quench her thirst. I wish I would have gotten this much sooner. My only initial concern was that she and my other Chi’s wouldn’t want to drink from it, but they all took to it right away. I haven’t seen the cats use it (yet) but they have their own water dish. I’m ordering a second one anyway. We love it.

Perfect for pups!
Bought for my two 5 month old Cavachon puppies. I thought it would be hard for puppies to use but after two tries, they had the hang of it. It gives fresh water when pressure is applied to floating top. Water stays fresh and healthy for the pups. Easy to assemble( max 5mins). Perfect size for pups sharing but larger dogs may need their own.

Amazing highly recommend
I bought this for my English bulldog puppy who aspirated after he drank to fast out of a normal water bowl. He then went on to get pneumonia and was hospitalized for 48 hours. THIS THING IS AMAZING!!!! It has worked so well for him moving forward. I highly recommend for fast drinkers especially ones with a short face like my baby. Just worth every penny. And will save you thousands in a hospital stay

Pretty great
This bowl really does help to limit the amount of water your dogs dribbles onto the floor. We have a German shepherd, an unknown mixed breed with some definite lab in her, and a rat terrier. We despise stepping in water all the time so I was desperate for something better. The only downside, so far, is that when they’re using it, it sounds way too much like when they are licking themselves, which is also awful. But we can handle that trade off for less soggy socks

I really love this water bowl for my dog! She has a hairy chin. With just a regualr bowl, I was constantly going in after her to dry up the puddles of water she was leaving on the floor after drinking. With this bowl there is just a few small drips, if any.

If only it had worked
My 4 month old puppy is in love with water. This bowl only encouraged her desire to play in it, splash it, try to dig it, try to turn it over. It took about 1 minute for her to pull the sealing part off (repeatedly), thereby allowing for deeper digging and splashing. She got entirely wet. This might work for some dogs, and seems like quality construction/design, but not for this dog. We have enough other things to train on than try to train for this! 🙂

Worth it!!
Tho is one of the best things I have ever ordered for my dog. He is old and about 10 pounds. He couldn’t drink without coughing and gaging.I’m sure that was due to how much he took in per swallow.. I saw my daughter had a bowl similar to this but she got one so big drips were much less. The one I bought is the smallest I could find. Tucker is not coughing hardly at all now.You would be ahead of the game if you have a choking pet or water messes. Easy to clean too!Price is worth it all!

No more mess
My boston terrier has a tendency to drink really fast, drip all over the floor then barf up a puddle of water. This bowl slows him down. It took him a minute to figure it out and he hasn’t barfed on my floors since. Well worth it!
