The plates are a bit too small as the food falls off when toddler tries to serve people and puts the food back on again; but it’s fine, it builds resilience and perseverance. This is a super cute set of pull/ cut apart fruits and veggies! There is a big variety of foods, and a variety of ways to cut, peel, and open the foods which is super fun even for someone in their adult years haha. 1 year old loves these!
I bought these for my daughter who was about 9 months at the time of purchase. In a couple months she was able to take each fruit and rip it apart with the velcro. She absolutely loves doing it and it’s a great time consuming activity for us to do together. Every time I pass her a fruit and she rips it open , I go “yay!!” and she smiles and gets so happy. This a toy that will grow with us too because eventually I will get her a play kitchen and she can use these as food props! Not to mention as an adult I had a little too much fun cutting them myself. So far the velcro quality has been great and is in tact and the quality overall looks like everything is brand new still after months! I got these for a great price and i’m so glad I did!

The toddler I nanny absolutely loves these. The packaging came a little busted, and I do wish all of the fruit had details inside (like the pomegranate), but most of them are visually accurate and accurate texture wise. The Velcro has held up well so far despite pretty constant use, it came with 2 knives, some plates and trays, and the knives are sturdy enough for him to cut the fruit apart easily. The banana is my favorite, I love the realism in regards to peeling it

My son got a play kitchen from Santa and he including this basket of play foods. These are quality well made toys. The plastic isn’t like some play foods that are almost squishy plastic. These are hard plastic. The size is perfect for the pots and pans that came with the kitchen. The variety of foods is so amazing. Lots of different types of food. It came with a play knife and some of the foods can be “cut” due to Velcro holding the food item together. The eggs including can also be “cracked”! This play is sure to be a fav for any kid. These are so fun!

Purchased this for my 4 year old godson for his birthday, he had been begging for one since seeing it on a kids show, it was worth it! This is one of the most played with toys at our house! Not one thing has broken, and it’s been almost a year. This toy was worth the price paid!

Awesome toy for toddlers!
My 19 month old doesn’t seem interested in any toy for more than a few minutes, but he played with this for hours! Days even! My 8 and 10 year old also enjoy playing with it. Vibrant colored food. The Velcro makes that satisfying crunch sound when you cut it my daughter says.I Just wish the clear plastic packing lid was a thicker plastic intended for more permanent use to keep the items from spilling out during storage. It works for now, but it will likely break over time.
