Greetings, I’ve tried different brands of Organic Gelatinized Maca Powder over the years. Terrasoul takes the GOLD. I knew as soon as I opened the package, it was the real deal. I add a tablespoon with my morning greens powder. The taste is good, and the fine powder is quality. There’s many health articles out there on the benefits of maca; so I introduced it in my diet a number of years ago. Certainly great for a steady energy burn throughout the morning. Some of the benefits I’ve noticed: clarity of mind; good overall/balanced health; thyroid levels–normal; great for circulation. In my supplement regime there are certain supplements that are a “YES”, and maca is one of them. It’s been very effective for improving my stamina during my estrogen phase. It does shorten my cycle to approximately 28 days. (Otherwise I’d be a wild card of 30-42 days.)I both blend it in smoothies or mix in plant spreads, or let it simmer and thicken in oats or as a milky porridge mix traditional of the root.
