I bought size 4.5 for my 1 year and 3 month old baby, they fit him exactly, but if you want them to last longer on your baby, I recommend buying size 5.

My grandbaby love her shoes. She walks better in them then the soft bottoms. It’s hard to find the old hard bottoms but these work just as well
