Great product!
This is a fantastic product! The high concentration of EPA and DHA is impressive, providing a potent dose of omega-3. I’ve noticed several health benefits since incorporating this into my daily routine. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable Omega-3 supplement!

Not bad but I still get a slight fishy taste
Our preferred brand was out of stock and when it did come back into the stock the price was too high so after searching around we decided to give these a try.I like having to only take one instead of two to get my RDA. I have yet to meet a fish pill that doesn’t eventually give me slight fishy burps and this one is no different albeit it is very mild and worth the trade off.

So far so good
So far it works well. One of the better recommended brands

Good Quality, But Hard to Tolerate Daily
The quality of these omega-3 capsules seems great, but the size is quite big, making them hard to swallow. I also found that taking them daily upset my stomach, likely due to my pelvic floor syndrome. I’ve had to space them out with a few days’ gap, which makes consistent use challenging. Might not be the best choice for those with sensitive stomachs.

Not a good product for me
I have taken vitamin d3 and fish oil for the past 10 yrs. I came across this two in one offering from Sports Research and it gave me headaches, made me feel nausea and other weird symptoms. I don’t know if it is a bad batch but after taking only 5 of the supplements and then stopping them I feel better. I will be returning this product
