Be very careful; smell the product before considering taking it. I first thought it naturally just smells bad, so I was taking one a day for a while. Then I started to feel sicker and sicker; lost my sense of taste, couldn’t eat eventhough I was hungry, swollen throat, swollen glands, etc. Even took a covid test 2 weeks in a row.
