Really good except one thing
I really like this supplement except for one thing – the B-12 vitamin is cyanocobalamin and I am hearing too many bad reports on this. Other than that it has all the nutrients I was looking for in a multi & would be perfect if not for that. I also use Carlyle Oil of Oregano & it’s a 5 star product.So only 4 stars except for above. I’m hoping they will eventually reformulate with methylcobalamin. And if you don’t care about the form of B-12, this is a great multi

The best vitamins ever taken
I have been taken them 3 mos and they work great. I have lost some weight and it gives me awesome energy. My stomach is happy. I poop better too. I just order some more these vitamins.

Smell
I’m still trying these on a regular basis. I don’t notice any differences. What I do notice is a very strong smile when I open the bottle each time to get the capsules. I have no idea what that’s coming from but it’s bad.

Comparable to Balance of Nature
I would compare this supplement to “Balance of Nature” …. But it is MUCH cheaper. This supplement definitely gave me an energy boost and yes my pee was more yellow but when you put that many vitamins and minerals in you, your gonna have that. If you are a Fox News person and thinking about getting Balance of Nature you should get this MUCH cheaper alternative instead.

This has lots and lots of things that are good for you in it, too many good things to mention here, it is much more than just a daily multi-vitamin.It also does not have a lot of added things in it like, no gluten, no wheat, no artificial color, no artificial flavor, no artificial sweetener and no preservatives. It is non-GMOI have been taking these for a while now and I think they have really helped me become more healthier, what you put in is what you get out.And a great price, have you seen the price of anything like these in the stores.

These really helped me in energy, I take alit of meds, and they make me sluggish, so I tried these and they really helped. I ran out and I could really tell the difference, I’ve reordered more, I don’t know if they’ll help everyone, but they sure work for me. And they have other vitamins in it to, so I get my vitamins also. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
