acid reflux and dizziness
Whoa…I will not be taking anymore of these. Dosage says “Adults, take three capsules daily”.I can’t even imagine taking three. I took one and spent the day with acid reflux, off and on dizziness, an overall uncomfortable body feeling of just being out of it throughout the day and had a very hard time sleeping that night. I put 1/3 of a capsule in my morning smoothie today and started feeling loopy about 10 minutes later. Does it help nerve function? IMO not any better than an MSM cream and with a cream I’ve never felt out of it or had acid reflux like a volcano was erupting in my solar plexus. This bottle will be returned.

The key ingredient in this product is the alpha, lipoic acid at 600mg and the vit b12. If you check your daily vitamin, you most likely are getting significant amounts of b12. So for nerve calming, the most significant ingredient is the apa. There are much cheaper alternatives for larger quantities of 600 mg in capsule form on amazon.This product works extremely well, but it’s because of the apa and b12 combo.Figure out how to take both together for amazing nerve calming relief.
