The book literally had pages not attached. The page was there but that is all I can say about that. I needed to book in a crunch so no complaints there. It was shipped to me quickly and that’s the best thing I can say about this purchase to be fair. Would I recommend? No, not at all. This book should have been labeled as POOR. It’s honestly not acceptable but class begins Monday and I prefer hard copies to digital any day. Needless to say, I will have to actually purchase the book again. This one is not acceptable. I will make sure NOT to buy from this seller again.

This volume is best described as an encyclopedia on electronic commerce. There’s a little bit about every aspect of it, with examples, and with tables and beautiful graphics where needed. Having read through two-thirds of it, I find that it is verbose; the level of presentation is basic; and much of the discussion is at a common-sense or common-knowledge level. Yet, the collection of so many topics with concrete examples in one place is valuable. Overall, I find myself reading a lot to learn a bit. But perhaps mileage will vary with the reader’s background.
