I had to add a little liquid stevia to my oatmeal to make it taste better, but the added nutrients are definitely worth it. The bag contains plenty of servings, so the price is reasonable. I’m having trouble trying to reseal the bag, so I’m simply folding it and using a binder clip instead. It’s easy to spoon out a spoonful from the bag and I can use less than a full serving if I want. It’s actually quite good in smoothies and it adds an interesting texture. It’s a good idea to rinse your mouth out after eating or drinking this in case tiny seeds or fragments get caught in your teeth. Maybe don’t smile too much until you do. LOL

Old customers be aware they have changed from milled chia to whole chia seeds. If your eyes aren’t strong it will freak you out at first seeing black stuff in your BBF powder. No worries it is whole chia seed now.I love this and have been using it for almost a decade. It with protein powder got me through a two year battle with cancer when I couldn’t eat.
