This Omega 3 has changed my life.
I was hesitant about purchasing a brand of Omega 3’s that I wasn’t familiar with. I have been dealing with inflammation in my body for close to a year. It was particularly in my hands. As a woman, I missed wearing rings. A provider had sold me a bottle of Omega 3, which gave me fairly quick relief, but not 100%. I took 4 gel caps a day, so that bottle only lasted barely a month. This is my favorite brand and strength of fish oil. Though the gel caps are on the larger size, I don’t really have any issues with swallowing them. And there’s no fishy after-taste, huge plus! The higher dosage of Omegas is a personal choice for me, and I’m pleased that it is offered. I feel like I’m definitely meeting all my body’s needs with the 2 capsules per day, though some days I do opt to take only one. Again, personal choice, and I’m glad I have that freedom with the RxOmega’s 2150mg. Great product in my opinion!
