I bought this because I was doing ivf and travel for a living. It was going to be really difficult to keep some of my medication refrigerated. Thus worked perfectly I froze the pack and it kept cold for a good amount of the day. All the space to put my syringes, alcohol pad, and gauze pads, as well as viles of medication. Definitely recommend.

I was surprised at how big and heavy this case is! It appears well made and sturdy with exception of the wrist strap which is held on a very thing metal piece. All in all I believe this will be perfect for carrying my insulin and diabetic supplies.
